You will be tracking your food and activity on-line using our Nutrition Portal - Click Below to Access the Login Screen.

Steps to follow:

  1. The first time you log in you will have a few assessment forms to fill out.  Make sure to complete these as accurately as possible.

  2. You will want to begin logging your food and activity as soon as possible to allow us to review your baseline habits around nutrition.  We typically will want to look at 3 "typical" days to understand where you are.

  3. Once we have a few days of activity logged we can utilize our partners at Evolution Nutrition to build out a plan that aligns with you and your goals.  This plan can either be a specific plan (detailing foods and timing) or a plan based on total Macronutrients (Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats).  The Macro Plan tends to be more flexible for people, especially those whom are more finicky about the foods they will eat.

We will plan to connect a few times during the 12-weeks, either by phone or during your monthly scan to touch base and review your progress.
