First off I want to thank you for taking action and allowing me to help you through your weight loss journey.

I put this guide together with my friends at FitRanx to help you get started from the comfort of your own home.  Now I know there are a lot of options available to you, but I’m glad you decided to trust me to help you.


Now lets talk a little about this 4 week program. Here is what is inside.

  • Daily workouts are written for you, goal: workout 3x per week.  And yes, 30-minutes 3x per week is all you need to start shredding fat and toning up.

  • Video examples of each exercise, so you know specifically what to do.

  • Nutrition Guide, You have to be eating healthier during this 4 week program for it to work. Two separate plans are provided. One is a 1200 calorie plan if you are a female and a 1600 calorie plan if you are a male.

  • Grocery List so you know exactly what to buy when you hit the grocery store before you start this 4 week program.

  • Meal Plan, don't over think it, follow the plan.
