When you visit us, please ensure to arrive at least 5-minutes before the session starts. Our sessions are only 30-minutes long and we start on-time for each session. The warm up and the circuit introduction are crucial to an effective training session. If you arrive more than 1-minute after we start you will not be allowed into the training session.
OK. To speed things along for your 1st Visit, I have a couple of things I could use your help with.
STEP ONE: Please download, print out and complete/sign our liability waiver - bring this with you (we will have hard copies here for you to fill out if you forget). CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD
STEP TWO: Create a user profile in our Client Portal using the form below.
