Six weeks ago I joined this program not knowing what to expect and not sure I would even be able to complete the six weeks. I have not exercised in many years and my eating was not healthy at all. When I met with the staff at South Shore Fit Body they were encouraging that I could do this and provided me with all the tools to succeed . I was provided with all the meal plans, a cook book, guides on healthy clean eating as well a shopping lists. Each week I attended three work out sessions and followed the meal plan that I was provided. During class I never made to feel bad if I couldn't do an exercise, instead the instructors provided modifications so I would get the most out of my workouts.

 

After 6 weeks I feel so much better and stronger and have confidence that I can continue on with my healthy eating and exercise regime.

 

I would recommend this program to anyone who wants to feel better about themselves, lose weight, and get fit. This program was truly a blessing to me and I look forward to my progress as I continue on this journey.

I started this challenge 6 weeks ago with my personal goal of it being a kick start to a much needed healthier lifestyle.  It turns out it was exactly what I needed.  I liked that we were given clearly written instructions for diet and exercise but they were able to be adapted to fit into my life.  I followed the meal plan guidelines, was held accountable for attending the classes but was also able to do the home workouts while traveling or if I couldn’t get to class. 

 

The classes are challenging but I was never made to feel bad about not being able to do some of the exercises right away.  The coaches all encourage and push you to hit your limits.  They reached out after classes and checked in throughout the program to make sure everything was going OK. 

 

I would absolutely encourage anyone who is thinking about it to  sign up and go for it.  It really was the kick start I needed and can’t wait to continue trying to reach my goals.

This is the best gym i have ever been to! Leon the owner is always there and very helpful with any questions you might have. The atmosphere is fun and uplifting and everyone is super motivating. They have a plan for everyone no matter what your fitness level. The trainers are great, very happy and always have a smile! I have gained so much from this experience, not only losing some weight and gaining lots of strength but also coming out of my shell. I had moments of self doubt and they showed me i could do anything i tried. Awesome place

I recently completed the 6 week Challenge it was a great way to refocus myself on my health and fitness goals. The classes are the perfect balance of cardio and strength training to get an efficient complete workout in 30 minutes. It fits nicely into my busy schedule. I'm looking forward reaching my goals and living a fit and healthy life!
