What are your session times?

We are open 7-Days per week and begin sessions at 5AM.  For the Boot Camp program, you are not locked into any particular time and you can attend as frequently as you wish during the 6-week challenge. With over 45 sessions each week, you are sure to find one that works well for you and your schedule. For the most up to date schedule please go to www.southshorefitbody.com/schedule

How Frequently should I train to get results?

We recommend that you train with us at least three (3) times per week with four (4) or Five (5) sessions per week as a target.  Our sessions are only 30-minutes long and designed to fire up your metabolism.  Please note that in order to WIN the Challenge you are expected to train a minimum of 3 times during the 6-week challenge (more details below).

How much does the Drop 2 Sizes program cost?

Total cost for the 6-week program, which includes unlimited training sessions, custom meal plans and grocery list, nutrition support, daily motivation and mindset training is  a single payment of $299 or a $29 deposit + 3 payments of $95 every 2-weeks during the challenge.

Upon registering for the orientation, you will be asked for a $29 deposit which will be applied to your program cost or refunded if you decide not to participate in the challenge after the orientation.  There are no refunds if you fail to attend the mandatory orientation.

Upon successful completion of the Challenge (see below for full requirements / expectations)* you will have the option to have your challenge fees (excludes any supplement or coaching services purchased) returned to you via check or have a credit applied for up to 3-months of training applied to your on-going program with us making the challenge 100% free (and then some).

How do I get the Challenge for Free?

To COMPLETE THE CHALLENGE and qualify for the discounts.
☑️ You MUST commit to and attend a minimum of 18 boot camp sessions during the 6-week program (no exceptions)
☑️ Drop 20 Pounds or 10% of your starting body fat weight and/or 4% Body Fat 
☑️ Complete the No Risk continuation paperwork at your initial orientation. 
☑️ Score over 1,000 points (as tracked through Vimify, our Accountability and Support App)
☑️ Weigh in before the challenge start date using our scale and Fit3D Scanner
☑️ Final Weigh in using our scale and Fit3D Scanner no later than 5-days after the end of the challenge. 
☑️ Take (provide) before and after pictures documenting your results and allowing us to use them
☑️ Signed Liability Waiver and Photo Release Document on day of your initial orientation
☑️ Complete an on-line post challenge survey
☑️ Provide us with a written or video testimonial about your experience with the program. 

What do I get if I successfully complete the challenge?

In order to get the 6-week challenge paid for, you must COMPLETE THE CHALLENGE(see the steps below).  Upon successful completion you will have the following options:

  1. Have your program fee (exclusive of other payments) returned to you (via check, 2-4 weeks).

  2. Continue your workout journey with us for an additional 3-months and have your program fee amount (exclusive of other payments) applied equally across each month.  At the conclusion of  the 3-months you will be on our regular rate schedule.

  3. Continue your journey with us for an additional 12-months and have your program fee amount (exclusive of other payments) applied equally across each month + retain the monthly discount for the lifetime of your agreement.

  4. Continue your journey with us for an additional 12-months paid in full and have your program fee amount (exclusive of other payments) applied + retain the monthly discount for the lifetime of your agreement + get 3-months free (3-months free applies to unlimited program only). 

Who is the Drop 2 Sizes Challenge for?

👫 The program is for Men or Women who have at least 20 Pounds (or 10% of their current weight) to lose and want to drop inches around their mid-section. 


👫 This for people who have tried to get in shape before unsuccessfully. 


👫 This program is effective for people whether you have been exercising regularly or just now getting into it.


👫 This program is for people who are open to learning and applying new habits and strategies to capture their health and wellness long-term 

Are pictures, weigh ins and measurements required in this challenge?

Yes! This program is all about getting you amazing results, in order to achieve that we need the visual proof of your baseline and your progress.  We will be doing an initial weigh in prior to your starting the program and periodically during the 6-weeks of the challenge.  You are required to, at a minimum, do a beginning and ending weigh in as well as before and after pictures.   Please see the qualification requirements above.

When is Orientation and is it Mandatory to participate in the Drop 2 Sizes Challenge?

There will be a mandatory orientation meeting required prior to the challenge start date.  After submitting your application, you will be taken to the orientation scheduling page.  

 

Please note there is a $29 application fee due when signing up for the orientation.  This is not an extra cost, it will be applied towards the cost of the challenge or refunded to you if you decide not to participate after attending the orientation.

 

Further note that the $29 is not refunded if you fail to attend the orientation or cancel your appointment 10-hours prior to your appointment time.

Six weeks ago I joined this program not knowing what to expect and not sure I would even be able to complete the six weeks. I have not exercised in many years and my eating was not healthy at all. When I met with the staff at South Shore Fit Body they were encouraging that I could do this and provided me with all the tools to succeed . I was provided with all the meal plans, a cook book, guides on healthy clean eating as well a shopping lists. Each week I attended three work out sessions and followed the meal plan that I was provided. During class I never made to feel bad if I couldn't do an exercise, instead the instructors provided modifications so I would get the most out of my workouts.

 

After 6 weeks I feel so much better and stronger and have confidence that I can continue on with my healthy eating and exercise regime.

 

I would recommend this program to anyone who wants to feel better about themselves, lose weight, and get fit. This program was truly a blessing to me and I look forward to my progress as I continue on this journey.

I started this challenge 6 weeks ago with my personal goal of it being a kick start to a much needed healthier lifestyle.  It turns out it was exactly what I needed.  I liked that we were given clearly written instructions for diet and exercise but they were able to be adapted to fit into my life.  I followed the meal plan guidelines, was held accountable for attending the classes but was also able to do the home workouts while traveling or if I couldn’t get to class. 

 

The classes are challenging but I was never made to feel bad about not being able to do some of the exercises right away.  The coaches all encourage and push you to hit your limits.  They reached out after classes and checked in throughout the program to make sure everything was going OK. 

 

I would absolutely encourage anyone who is thinking about it to  sign up and go for it.  It really was the kick start I needed and can’t wait to continue trying to reach my goals.

This is the best gym i have ever been to! Leon the owner is always there and very helpful with any questions you might have. The atmosphere is fun and uplifting and everyone is super motivating. The classes are the perfect balance of cardio and strength training to get an efficient complete workout in 30 minutes. It fits nicely into my busy schedule.
