What success have you had with our challenge program?

I have become stronger and healthier than I ever thought possible. I have finally reached my goal weight only to realize I should set my sights higher because I now know what I'm capable of.

What was it about the challenge program that allowed you to have such success?

The motivation and encouragement I received from the coaches helped me tremendously.

What is it about the challenge program that differentiates it from programs you have tried in the past?

I really felt like the coaches cared about me and were genuinely excited to hear about my progress. The individualized nutrition is different than anything I've ever received before too.

Overall, how has our program helped you?

It has helped me realize what I'm capable of and develop a healthy relationship with food.

What advice would you give to someone thinking about doing a challenge?

It is hard work and takes a serious commitment, but you will not regret it!

What are your 2-3 Tips for Success that helped you achieve your goals?

1) Meal prep your food for the week on Sundays

2) Keep your menu simple

3) If you have a significant other...convince them to do the challenge with you or at least follow the nutrition plan. It is much easier to stick with it if you have a partner.

Name: Matt Pastotnik

Location: Fit Body Boot Camp

Results: 50LB Weight loss with 2 Challenges.

What success have you had with our challenge program?

I have now done a 12 week and a 10-week challenge back to back. I have lost my initial goal of 50lbs in that time. I didn't think I would be able to achieve the goal. I have become healthier not only for myself but for my children.

What was it about the challenge program that allowed you to have such success?

The structure to the challenge has allowed me to be so successful. The structured macros have forced me to learn what my body truly needs for nutrients. I now think of my daily meals as nutrients that my body needs rather than a meal to push off my hunger.

What is it about the challenge program that differentiates it from programs you have tried in the past?

I never have been into the group workouts. I was always one to get comfortable with a gym membership and run on a treadmill. That type of workout obviously wasn't getting me the success I need. The high intensity workouts bootcamp gives is a better overall body workout than what I was getting with an hour of the normal gym workout. Never thought I would enjoy having a coach push me through the workout like I do at FBBC.

Overall, how has our program helped you?

My wife and I started running 5k events together as something we can share memories with. We enjoy running the courses and the atmosphere it brings. But we never know how much fun we would have now that we are in better shape. We have run better and faster than what we could ever imagine. Enjoying the runs more means I get to share these more enjoyable memories with my wife. My relationship with my wife has gotten so much better now that we have become healthier individuals. This program has helped me to become healthier, but it has snowballed to a better relationship with my wife.

What advice would you give to someone thinking about doing a challenge?

If you are thinking about doing the challenge go all in. Commit to the workouts and the meal planning/prepping. The workouts are challenging at first, but they get better. The meal planning is the toughest part of the whole challenge. You need to commit to the meal planning and prepping. Without getting that done it is tough to be successful through the challenge.

What are your 2-3 Tips for Success that helped you achieve your goals?

1) Make planning your meals and prepping them a priority. Every Sunday has become to be known a prep day. If I didn't plan my food for the week than I would be setting myself up for failure for the following week.

2) Plan your cheat meal! The cheat meal became such a mental break from the rest of the week. But with that you have to plan on getting back on track once that meal is over with. Don't let the cheat meal turn into a cheat evening. Eventually the cheat evening can become a cheat day or weekend. To be successful you need to stay disciplined to the meal plan.

3) You need to check everything at the door when you step foot on the blue mats. When your feet hit the blue mats you need to concentrate on the 30min at hand. Give your 110% to the workouts.

There you have it!
