Thanksgiving. A time for Fun, Family and..... Food.

Working out before the feast will definitely help you metabolise that grub!

If you can't make it in to the gym for a workout, then consider putting this to use.













Repeat 3-5 times with a 2 min. rest between rounds.

  • Bodyweight Squats x 50

  • Push-ups x 40 (optional Knee push-ups)

  • Sit-ups x 30

  • Lunges x 20 each leg

  • Burpees x 10

Your metabolism will be turned up in calorie burning overdrive!
