Always a common question. First off our program is designed specifically to deliver results for our clients. Our programs are done monthly and in most cases you should expect to look to do a minimum 120 day commitment to start seeing lasting results.
At South Shore Fit Body we focus on your results. Whether your interest is weight loss or improved functional movement and strength, our programs all include motivation, accountability and dynamic resistance training; all designed to get you the body that you want in a safe, fun and non-intimidating atmosphere.
Every workout session is led by an experienced and passionate Coach and is designed to be fun, supportive and challenging, while burning maximum fat, in minimum time. Increasing the intensity in your 30-minute workout is key to getting the best possible results, but you have to start with where you are at and allow our trainers to personalize the workout with modifications to fit your goals and individual fitness level.
Unlike working one-on-one with a personal trainer, our workout programs are done in a group setting which makes them fun, motivating, challenging and it keeps the cost of the program affordable compared to private one-on-one personal training sessions.
