How can I fit this program into my schedule?
You can come to any of our boot camp sessions as often as you like during the challenge. You are not locked in to a particular time and there are no set times you must attend. 

 

SCHEDULE:
   ⏰ Monday & Wednesday: 5:00am, 5:35am, 6:10am, 6:45am, 8:45am, 9:30am, 4:45pm, 5:35pm, 6:20pm

   ⏰ Tuesday & Thursday: 5:00am, 5:35am, 6:10am, 6:45am, 8:45am, 9:30am, 4:45pm, 5:35pm

How long are the sessions?

We know you are always on the run so we have designed our fat burning workouts to get you in and out in ONLY 30 MINUTES!
