How can I fit this program into my schedule?
You can come to any of our boot camp sessions as often as you like during the 14 days. You are not locked in to a particular time and there are no set times you must attend. 

 

SCHEDULE:
   ⏰ Monday & Wednesday: 5:00am, 5:35am, 6:10am, 6:45am, 8:45am, 9:30am, 4:45pm, 5:35pm, 6:20pm

   ⏰ Tuesday & Thursday: 5:00am, 5:35am, 6:10am, 6:45am, 8:45am, 9:30am, 4:45pm, 5:35pm

   ⏰ Friday: 5:00am, 5:35am, 6:10am, 6:45am, 8:45am, 9:30am, 4:45pm

   ⏰ Saturday: 7:30am, 8:20 am, 9:10am

   ⏰ Sunday: 8:20am, 9:10am
 

Who can participate in the challenge?

  • If you are new or have not trained with us in the past 6-months at South Shore Fit Body Boot Camp you will receive a special introductory rate to try our program out.  

  • Current members can participate in the challenge for free.  

  • If you have recently trained with us at the studio (within the last 6-months) you will need to enroll in a minimum 12-week training program at the current rates.
